First, you need to know that the pop up festive farm shop is open. Looking for gorgeous new decorations for your tree, or perhaps an artisanal gift that is locally made? Stop by for all your festive season gifting needs. Located at The Werf Restaurant browse the very best in quality gifting.

The pop-up shop translates Boschendal’s exclusive gift guide into a live shopping experience on the farm, with decorations, holiday greenery and florals provided by local suppliers in the valley.

Featuring hand-curated collections to choose from, including homeware and gifts from of Andrea’s Topiaries, Provenance & Pier Rabe Antiques. You will also find authentic and handcrafted Christmas tree decorations made by a range of small workshops working under the auspices of the Craft & Design Institute. Choose from a variety of hanging decorations made from clay, wood, glass, feathers, beads and wire.

The shop has beautiful handmade products, homemade treats and everything in between.

Pick Up Gifts & Festive Food at The Farm Shop & Butchery

Trust us when we say, be prepared to spend a little time in Boschendal’s Farm Shop & Butchery – once you’re in it’s hard to leave. The allure of freshly baked pastries… think pasteis de nata, croissants, decadent chocolate cake, custard fruit tarts and freshly baked bread. The glass counter is literally bursting with farm baked goods.

Festive Bakery Alert! During the festive period, the shop will be stocking jars of mixed nuts and homemade fudge that makes a hassle-free and tasty gift. There are artfully crafted fruit mince pies that we highly recommend (yes, we’ve tried them!) or pick up a traditional steamed Christmas pudding or homemade Christmas cake, topped with marzipan steeped in locally produced brandy.

The butchery stocks Boschendal’s award-winning grass-fed Black Angus beef, forest raised Duroc pork, Werf charcuterie, bread, pastries and an assortment of products from local like-minded suppliers on offer.

Festive Butchery Alert! Be sure to check out a selection of festive meats for the Christmas table. Boschendal’s honey glazed gammon is ready to serve, while the beechwood smoked gammon and stuffed chicken are ready to be cooked in the comfort of your own home.
