Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

35ml ClemenGold Gin\u2122
\n<\/sup>35ml white cacao
\n10ml\u00a0mandarin or other citrus\u00a0syrup*
\n50ml cream
\n<\/em>10ml lemon juice
\n4 dash orange bitters<\/p>\n

Standard Method\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a coupe cocktail glass and garnish with\u00a0white chocolate and fresh citrus shavings.<\/p>\n

*<\/em>Citrus syrup<\/strong><\/p>\n

250g sugar
\n\u00bd cup water
\n2-3 mandarin peels
\n\u00bd cup lime juice<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place all the ingredients in a pan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil and simmer until it achieves a syrupy consistency. Strain through a fine sieve and store in a sterilised bottle.<\/p>\n
