South Africa\u2019s first Michelin Star Chef, Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen<\/a>, played host to an exceptional and intimate chef\u2019s table with Nespresso to celebrate the launch of the new permanent Nespresso Barista Creations coffee range.<\/span><\/p>\n

A select few foodies, media and influencers got the exclusive invite to explore a world of flavour at the chef\u2019s latest venture – JAN Innovation Studio in Cape Town.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Chef’s Table with Nespresso<\/h4>\n

The group of knowledgeable guests were treated to coffee-infused cocktails and canapes upon arrival launching into the evening with a flavour explosion. After a warm welcome from Jan Hendrik, guests were seated and soon began their journey through the coffee and cuisine pairing of a lifetime.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seven incredible courses were enjoyed, including creative dishes such as a beautifully crafted frozen apple with haddock latte, cured venison loin, seared with rosemary and espresso jus, and a cheese and wine feast table that wowed guests with its creativity, variety and opulence.<\/span><\/p>\n
