First Choice is admired as a company that sets out to do good, sustainable business, and they are dedicated to doing their part for the environment. With the introduction of their new plant-based closures on 250 ml and 1-litre Tetra Pak packages, they have made a small change that can add up to a whole lot of good for the planet.<\/p>\n

First Choice\u2019s 1-litre long-life product packs are now made from more than 80% plant-based material and are 100% recyclable. The plant-based closures are recognisable by their green colour. A closure might not seem like much, but there\u2019s more to it.<\/p>\n

Give us some sugar<\/h4>\n

Not only is the new green plant-based closure renewable, but the plastic layers of the 1 litre Tetra Pak cartons are made from sugar cane. When combined with the paper board, which is sourced from responsibly managed forests, the pack is comprised of more than 80% renewable resources.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, all their long-life packages are 100% recyclable, which means that each layer can be separated and recycled in order to make other products.<\/p>\n
