As the weather starts to cool, we relish ways to enjoy the last moments of sunshine outdoors and what better way to do this than a lavish and luxurious Sunday picnic?<\/p>\n

The Maslow Sandton<\/a><\/strong> presents another of its famous Sunday picnics on 28 April 2019. This time, the hotel, an urban sanctuary in the heart of Sandton, partners with G H Mumm for a truly sumptuous experience.<\/p>\n

With the hotel\u2019s tranquil oasis garden providing the backdrop, guests can sip champagne, tuck into a selection of gourmet picnic fare and laze on the sprawling lawns listening to a live band.<\/p>\n

The Gourmet Sunday Picnic Menu<\/h4>\n

Of course, a picnic is as much about the food as it is the surroundings and the Maslow team has you covered with a stunning basket of treats and champagne.<\/p>\n

The gourmet picnic basket features enticing delights including a Cape cheeseboard, with sour \ufb01g preserve and melba toast; roast chicken and butternut salad with blue cheese cr\u00e8me, butter lettuce and garlic croutons; cheeseburger sliders with tomato relish and hot buttered buns; mini wors rolls with mustard, sheba and caramelised onions, and crispy jalape\u00f1o arancini stuffed with cheddar and parmesan.<\/p>\n

For dessert, tuck into strawberry and marshmallow skewers dipped in chocolate, as well as blueberry cheesecake jars topped with crispy honeycomb. A surefire sweet way to end the day.<\/p>\n

Each basket is packed perfectly for two and includes two glasses of G H Mumm. The cost per couple is R690.
