Expect luncheon goodies including the signature All\u00e9e Bleue Herb Salad with a Cabernet \/ Merlot wine reduction complete with pecorino cheese shavings, a Ploughman\u2019s Platter of delicious cold meats and local cheeses, out-of-the-oven\u00a0baked bread accompanies by smoked olive tapenade and aniseed onion marmalade.
