What\u2019s on the menu for Brunch at The Yard<\/span><\/h4>\n

The new menu for brunch at The Yard menu features a range of options designed to satisfy any and all tastes. The classic brunch menu will include croissants and Eggs Benedict<\/a>, topped with The Yard\u2019s Maltaise sauce \u2013 a blend of blood orange juice and classic Hollandaise sauce. Health nuts can choose between Bircher Muesli (mixed with berries, rooibos, cinnamon-spiced peaches and a crumbled nut brittle) and an egg-white souffl\u00e9 omelette (made with brie cheese, wild mushrooms, avocado and baby spinach).<\/span><\/p>\n

Those with a sweet tooth are invited to try a selection of delectable options, including berry-and-liquorice and lemon meringue waffles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A touch of Indian Flair<\/span><\/h4>\n

Bagel-lovers can enjoy a fresh bagel served with saffron chicken tikka and a side of turmeric mayo and mango chutney. The Yard also serves savoury waffles with a choice of grated beef mince bobotie<\/a>, prawn bisque or chicken tikka masala toppings.\u00a0The Yard\u2019s brunch showpiece is traditional Indian dosa<\/i>, which is both vegan and gluten-free. This fermented rice flour pancake is co-founder G.P. Singh\u2019s signature offering. Dosas<\/i> can be ordered with chicken biryani, keema-spiced lamb, palak paneer or dal makhani.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Based in the Silo District, a new and trendy niche in the popular V&A Waterfront, The Yard is the ideal venue for a brunch catch-up with friends. Restaurant-goers can enjoy meals from the Yard\u2019s brand-new brunch menu while overlooking the harbour and tugboat moorings.<\/span><\/p>\n
