Manual punch downs were conducted (of the skins) to ensure a fine tannin and colour extraction. After fermentation, the wine was pressed and half stored in stainless steel tanks and the other half in older barrels for maturation. 2015 was one of the best vintages the farm has had in South\u00a0Aafrica. Early, ripe and cool with beautiful berry set. A classic vintage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting Notes<\/strong>:\u00a0Rich, ripe and vibrant red and black currants, spice and plums.
