In some parts of the globe, it is just as expensive, if not more so, than lobster.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The tail meat of monkfish has a delicate, sweet flavour and the flesh is\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">fine and firm<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0and doesn\u2019t flake when cooked. The\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">best part is that monkfish has no bones.
