Leeu Collection is proud to announce that the\u00a0La Colombe\u00a0Restaurant team at Silvermist Wine Estate in Constantia will\u00a0establish a new restaurant\u00a0in place of\u00a0\u201cThe Tasting Room\u201d\u00a0at Le Quartier\u00a0Fran\u00e7ais\u00a0in the second half of 2017. Executive chef Margot Janse,\u00a0who\u00a0has been\u00a0<\/span><\/span>at the helm of The Tasting Room for the past 12 years, building it into one of the most celebrated restaurants in South Africa, announced her resignation\u00a0recently.\u00a0This new venture will complement La Colombe and be driven by celebrated Chef Scot Kirton and Head Chef James Gaag. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
