He will be between the @home stand and the demo kitchen so make sure you don\u2019t miss the opportunity to break bread with this culinary legend.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/home.co.za\">home.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re feeling inspired, try this recipe for Prawn Saganaki, Ouzo Tomato Sauce \u2013 extracted from George&#8217;s new cookbook <em>Greek<\/em>, arriving in SA mid-June.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prawn Saganaki Ouzo Tomato Sauce<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 brown onion, diced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, chopped<br \/>\n1 clove star anise<br \/>\n30ml Ouzo<br \/>\n4 ripe tomatoes, roughly diced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped<br \/>\n100ml thickened cream<br \/>\n8 prawns, shelled and deveined<br \/>\n100g crumbled Dodoni feta<br \/>\nPicked tarragon leaves, for garnish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomato Sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a 24cm Greek non-stick saut\u00e9 pan,\u00a0sweat off onions, garlic, and star anise in\u00a0half of the extra virgin olive oil until soft.<br \/>\nDeglaze pan with ouzo, then add the\u00a0tomatoes and tarragon.\u00a0Cover pan with lid and simmer for\u00a010 minutes. Remove the lid, add cream\u00a0and bring to a boil.\u00a0Remove from the heat, blend with a stick\u00a0blender until smooth, and season to taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assembly<br \/>\n<\/strong>Preheat oven to 220 \u00b0C fan forced.\u00a0Heat a 24cm Greek non-stick fry pan over\u00a0a medium to high heat. Add the remaining\u00a0extra virgin olive oil and cook the prawns\u00a0for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and\u00a0turn the prawns over.
