The nose is opulent with aromas of fynbos, lithci, peardrops and grapefruit. The palate is lively with \u001favours of passionfruit, gooseberry and richness from the barrel fermented portion, lingering with fresh acidity and a minerality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Tasting notes<\/em>: The fruit for the\u00a02014 Sauvignon Blanc was selected from a six vineyard sites around the Franschhoek Valley. Each sites contributes a different \u001favour pro\u001ele to the \u001enal blend as it grows in divers soil types and slopes.
