This Friday, L\u2019Avenir Wine Estate will be hosting a sleepover in Stellenbosch in collaboration with chef\u00a0Matt Manning’s One Ingredient Dinner\u00a0series. The event will be the Estate\u2019s first of this nature but hopefully one that will go on to happen more frequently.\u00a0The evening will include a 4-course dinner designed by Matt around olive oil as the One Ingredient, with each course paired with wine from L\u2019Avenir by winemaker, Dirk Coetzee.<\/p>\n
Dinner is followed by a night at the farm\u2019s 4-star\u00a0 Country Lodge & a hearty home-style breakfast in the morning.<\/p>\n
