It is difficult to explain a new wine like this, but expect something between a light Riesling and a Sauvignon Blanc, with a unique elegance. Thys Louw, owner and winemaker, used traditional Gr\u00fcner Veltliner yeast to create a wine as close to tradition as possible. After fermentation the wine spent a further 6 months on the lees (dead yeast cells) to enhance mouthfeel and concentration of flavours. This wine bursts with flavours of watermelon, winter melon, pineapple and a touch of mint and has a clean, yet lingering finish.
