The holiday season is all about relaxation and eating to our heart’s content. We tend to trade in our normal routines of work, healthy eating and gym for food, festivities and soaking up the holiday sun in our fat pants. It’s always the best time of year, however, we sort of lose our balance and healthy living isn’t exactly the main priority. To help you get back on track, we’ve developed four easy and healthy family meals with Quorn to kickstart your new year.
Healthy Family Meals with Quorn
Ricotta and Avo Dip with Spicy Quorn Mince and Pita Wedges
Swap your store-bought dips for something healthy and homemade like this deliciously creamy ricotta and avo dip. We top ours with toasted pine nuts and Quorn Soy-Free, Meat-Free Mince for some added texture and flavour. Shmear your delicious dip on top of toasted pita wedges or your choice of healthy bread.

Roasted Garlic and Artichoke Hummus Topped with Chicken Style Fillets
We love hummus in all shapes, styles and forms. This particular hummus, however, is going to be the best you’ve ever tried. Roasted garlic is one of our favourite ingredients and we’ve used it here in the mix to make our homemade healthy hum. Top with toasted pine nuts and Quorn Soy-free, Meat-free Chicken Style Fillets – it will be one of your new favourite healthy family meals.

Breakfast Mushrooms with Mince Hash and Poached Eggs
A slightly healthier version of ‘mince on toast’ takes shape with these delish brekkie mushrooms with mince hash and poached eggs. These black mushroom steaks are fried and topped with a sweet potato and Quorn Soy-Free, Meat-Free Mince hash, avo salsa and a soft poached egg.

Antipasti Picnic Bread
Summer is still 100% present and that means soaking up as much sun as possible. Picnics are honestly one of the best outdoor activities you can do with the whole family and picnic food is so easy to make. This artisan picnic loaf is filled with fresh and summery antipasti flavours of basil pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella, hummus and baby marrows. This picnic loaf is assembled with these elements together with Quorn Soy-free, Meat-free Chicken Style Pieces and left overnight to set. Cut into slices and serve with homemade tzatziki.
