Georgia Schumann

Georgia is a lover of food, travel and words. She has a background in online marketing and works as a freelance writer and editor in Cape Town. Her many travel adventures have fostered in her a deep fascination with the healing properties of food. She is currently completing a BSc Hons in Nutritional Science, with the aim to work with diet as a tool for disease prevention and recovery. She believes in sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients with minimal environmental impact. Georgia is passionate about using words to have a positive impact on the way that we eat and live.
